209 acre facility with a 350'x160' covered arena. The facility appraised for 1.3 million. It includes a prefiert roping shute, return alley, cattle holding pens, announcer stand with PA system, digital timer and eyes, concession, bathrooms, office, and 1600 square foot room with fireplace and table and chairs. Behind the arena is a 118 stall show barn with wash rack and RV hook ups in front and back of arena. The trainers barn has 24 stalls, hay storage, bathroom, office, 60' breaking pen, 150' round pen with cow pen attached, walker, and wash rack.
