9/18 Drew Horner: Uncoiled. Couple Days off

0
I have been home for a few days, so I took the opportunity to practice and get some things done for my trailer and horses. I went over to National Ropers Supply to get what I needed for my roping. I took my trailer into NRS Trailers and they fixed a few small things that needed to be adjusted and cleaned it up. Looks shiny now! I say I like to try and keep things clean but… with two guys living together in a small area for a few months… You can probably see how it could get a little messy at times.  NRS Trailers has recently built an entire new facility for their trailer services. They have a new parts and service section that is HUGE! It’s really nice in there and their service is incomparable.

After getting my trailer to NRS Trailers, I went by the arena where the saddle shop is. If you follow me, you have probably seen that I bought a new horse a few weeks ago. I took him to get a custom NRS Pro Series Saddle fit and built for him. I am excited about getting one for him because he is a good rodeo horse for me and I need to keep him feeling good and ready for his job. I also got a few NRS Pro Series Saddles to practice in. I like those saddles a lot! They feel really good to ride on and rope out of and they fit all of my horses properly the way they need to be fit, which is important for horses to work the best they can. A saddle investment is an important part of taking care of your horse and also having a more enjoyable ride. The more comfortable your horse is, the better your ride will be.

I really enjoy every time I go the National Ropers Supply. They are great people with incredible service. They really do make you feel important when you walk through the door. Their values are shown through the way they do business. Go check them out if you need anything for roping or riding. They got it all!
Right now, I’m on my way Amarillo, Texas for a Champions Challenge rodeo. I’m riding my new horse and I am looking forward to these last two weeks of the rodeo season and doing our best to finish strong. I hope you all have been doing well. DH
