Zoetis Animal Health – Annual Business Trip at NRS Arena

For the past four years, Zoetis Animal Health has called the NRS Training Center home for all their private business trips. “It is a great atmosphere to build relationships that concentrate on business goals,” said David Christian.

Christian has been part of the Zoetis Private Team Roping Clinic for the last four years and organized the company’s latest trip. Flirting with the idea of taking customers golfing or anywhere else, Christian mentioned why they continue to choose NRS. “The first class facility, work ethic and the values of NRS, mirrors that of our own company and that’s why we chose to come here.” Zoetis brought 20 clients to come rope, relax and get away from their normal day to day routine. Most of them traveled from West Texas, while others traveled from Colorado and Kansas. Although the days were broken up by business meetings, they packed in as much roping as they could in two days. The group enjoyed the opportunity to come out and rope all day, and not have to prep the arena, wrap steers or find chute help.

“It’s nice to come out here and have all that done already” Zoetis client said, “We can just focus on roping and not have to worry about anything else.”

The Zoetis Private Clinic agreed the training staff can accommodate everyone from beginners to professionals. “Krece sees things through a different lens,” said four year veteran, Ed Burr. “He’s exceptional.” The rookies of the group noted that not only is it a great roping facility but the food is outstanding as well. Complete with three gourmet meals each day, including her famous homemade chicken fried steak, Lori sees to it that nobody goes hungry.

After a long day of roping and full stomachs, the guys relax and unwind by a campfire near the arena. The good memories and the fellowship while improving roping skills is what NRS strives for during the clinics.
